Directions & Parking
From Interstate 580 take the North Livermore Avenue exit, and continue 1.2 miles to Downtown Livermore. Turn left onto Railroad Avenue. The Livermore Valley Center parking is located one block ahead on your left. Parking is free. The Bankhead Theater is located on the block to your right, between First Street, Railroad Avenue and North Livermore Avenue, 2400 First Street, Downtown Livermore. There is a drop-off/pick-up area located on Railroad Avenue, on the right side of the street, before you reach the stoplight to enter the parking garage.

Accessibility - Special Needs (ADA)
Drop-off/Pick-up:  There is a drop-off/pick-up area located on Railroad Avenue, on the right side of the street, before you reach the stoplight to enter the parking garage.

Parking:  Handicapped-reserved spaces are located on the lower level of the Livermore Valley Center parking garage.

Seating:  An elevator is located on the West end of the main lobby. In order to ensure that your needs are thoroughly met, please call our Box Office in advance at 925.373.6800.

Listening Devices:  Please let us know when purchasing your ticket of your special needs. LVPAC recently installed a new induction loop system in the Bankhead Theater for our patrons that are hard of hearing. What wi-fi is to laptops, loop systems are to hearing aids - an induction loop system transmits magnetic energy to telecoil-equipped hearing aids through a wire that surrounds an audience. Please speak with our House Manager if you have any questions regarding the induction loop sytem, or to request a complimentary headset.

Restrooms:  Fully accessible restrooms are located in the main lobby and in the upper lobby.
 
 
House Rules
The theater lobby opens one hour prior to performance time. Performance will start promptly at the advertised time.

Light snacks, beverages, local wines, beer, coffee and tea are available for purchase. Please note, no food or beverages are permitted in the auditorium.

Please, no photography, video or sound recording, silence all cellular phones and beepers.

The Bankhead Theater is a handicapped accessible facility and provides an assistive listening system. Please contact the box office for any special seating or accessibility requirements.

All patrons attending an event must be old enough to occupy their own seat and have a ticket.

No refunds or exchanges, all sales are final.  
 
 
Concessions
To enhance your theatergoing experience, we invite you to visit our full-service concessions area located in the Garden Courtyard Foyer on the east side of the theater lobby. Sample scrumptious desserts, coffee, tea, juices, soft drinks and choice Livermore Valley wines at reasonable prices. Enjoy your selections in our beautiful Madden Family Courtyard where you can find tables and chairs as well as experience our soothing water wall and colorful garden.
